Founder & CEO
I design the blueprint businesses run on. Every system, every identity, every piece of infrastructure, engineered to feel inevitable.
Background
Born and raised on the U.S.–Mexico border between El Paso, Texas and Ciudad Juárez, I grew up observing two systems simultaneously: two economies, two cultures, two ways of solving the same problems. That dual perspective became a superpower: the ability to see structural patterns invisible to those operating inside only one frame of reference.
Before founding Banana Blueprint, I built audiences of over two million people as a content creator, proving to myself that influence is a designable system, not luck. One piece of content reached 184 million views. That experience taught me something most business owners never learn: attention is engineered, not earned randomly. I carried that understanding into everything I build today.
What I Do
At Banana Blueprint, I lead business design, business engineering, and strategic consulting. I treat every business as a living system: interconnected, dynamic, and full of untapped potential. My work sits at the intersection of systems architecture, AI integration, and human psychology. The result is infrastructure that doesn't just function. It compounds.
I designed and built our technical infrastructure from the ground up, including the proprietary frameworks our team uses to deliver, measure, and improve our work. Every SOP, every quality standard, every operational process in the firm was architected to scale, because the goal was never to build a small agency. The goal is to build the definitive business design and engineering firm.
Philosophy
Every problem has a solution. The question is whether you have the system to find it. I don't believe in guesswork, and I don't believe in settling for 'good enough.' The businesses we work with don't need another vendor handing them deliverables. They need a team that understands how all the pieces connect (brand, systems, operations, positioning) and can engineer them into a single coherent machine.
That's what a blueprint is. Not a logo. Not a website. Not a marketing campaign. It's the architecture that everything else is built on. Get that right, and everything else follows.
