The public site leads with credentials, because the buyers are developers running a procurement read. Behind the sign-in, contractors submit their own timesheets, so the field crew and the office run on one system instead of a paper trail.

    A donation-only sanctuary on a slice of historic Little Mountain, bordering the Holden Arboretum. The site had to feel like the place: quiet, green, unhurried. Nothing on it asks for money before it earns the visit.

    Three businesses under one roof: a butcher shop, a restaurant and a catering kitchen. The build had to let a customer find the ribeye, the dinner menu or the catering form without ever wondering which of the three they were looking at.
