In short
- We collect what you give us (your name, how to reach you, and what you tell us about your business) and basic information about how our website is used.
- We use it to answer you and to do the work you ask for.
- We never sell it. We never share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts for marketing.

Who we are
Banana Blueprint LLC, an Ohio company in Streetsboro, Ohio. "We" and "us" mean Banana Blueprint. This policy covers bananablueprint.com, demo.bananablueprint.com, our phone line (330) 222-6630, and the emails and texts we send.
What we collect
What you give us
- Our website's forms: your name, your email, your phone if you give it, your business, and your answers (the service you're interested in, your timing, your message).
- Our private demos: your name, your business, your email and the kind of business, so we can send you a code.
- Calls to (330) 222-6630: an AI receptionist answers. Our phone provider records and transcribes the call and keeps the recording and the transcript. An AI writes a short summary of the call, which we keep with your phone number and what you told us (your name, your business, what you need).
- The emails and messages you send us.
- Our website's arcade: if you choose to save a high score, we keep the name you type (up to six letters or numbers), your score, the level you reached, how long you played, how many bananas (extra lives) you used, whether you played on a phone or a computer, and the date. Saved names, scores, levels, bananas and dates appear publicly on the leaderboard, so please don't use your full name.
What our website records on its own
- Google Analytics uses cookies to show us how people find and use the site: the pages visited, the device and browser, the general area (city or region) and the site you came from. It doesn't tell us who you are.
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies.
- Our demo site uses cookies so your demo opens on your device (your access, and your first name and business for the banner); they expire about 7 days after your access ends. It also keeps a scrambled code of your email with your demo dates, so each email gets one demo.
- Your browser keeps a small note of when you sent a form, so one browser can't send dozens of messages. It stays on your device.
- Our arcade keeps a scrambled code of your internet address when you save a score, only so no one can post more than 20 scores an hour. Google Analytics also counts, without your name, when someone opens the arcade, starts a game, reaches a level or ends a game, and the score.
How we use it
- To answer you, set up a conversation, and send what you asked for, like a demo code.
- To prepare and do the work, if you become a client.
- To recognize you if we've talked before: we match a new message or call to our existing contacts by email or phone, and keep a record of repeat contacts and referrals.
- To see which pages help people, and to keep the site working and keep spam out.
- To show the arcade's leaderboard.
Who receives it
- The providers that run our tools for us: website hosting, our form and database providers, email, our phone and text provider (which also writes the call summaries with AI), and analytics. They handle it only to provide their service to us.
- The law: when the law or a court requires it.
- A new owner: if Banana Blueprint is ever sold or merged, the new owner keeps the promises in this policy.
We never sell your information, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
Text messages
Our text messages have their own terms at bananablueprint.com/sms.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our clients' customers
When we run a system for a business, like an AI receptionist that answers its calls, we handle that business's information for it, under our agreement with that business. If you're a customer of one of our clients, that business decides how your information is used. You can ask them, or write to us and we'll pass your request on.
How long we keep it
- What you send us: while we're in conversation, and up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you become a client, your agreement says how long.
- Website analytics: under Google's and Vercel's own retention rules.
- Arcade scores: until you ask us to remove one, or until we reset the leaderboard. The scrambled code of your internet address is deleted after 24 hours.
- What the law requires us to keep, like invoices: as long as the law requires.
Your choices
- See, fix or delete what we have about you: email bbteam@bananablueprint.com. We answer within 30 days.
- Stop our emails: reply and tell us. Stop our texts: reply STOP.
- Remove a saved arcade score: email bbteam@bananablueprint.com with the name and the game.
- Analytics: block cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We treat you the same whether or not you use these choices.
Security
We keep what you send us in password-protected business accounts, and only the people who need it can see it. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll tell you, as the law requires.
Children
Our website and our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
When we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new date. If a change matters, we say so on this page.
