Text Messaging Terms and Privacy
Who sends these texts
Banana Blueprint LLC, an Ohio company, runs AI receptionists for its own business and for the businesses it serves. Every text names the business it's about.
The texts you may get
- If you called a business that uses our receptionist, your call was missed, and you said yes when the receptionist asked: one text, so you can reply with what you need, and one automatic reply if you write back.
- If you're a business that uses our receptionist and checked the text box in your agreement: a summary text after each call.
We never send marketing texts.
How you agree
- Callers: by saying yes when the receptionist asks during the call.
- Businesses: by checking the optional box in their agreement. Agreeing is never a condition of the service.
How often
Message frequency varies. Callers get one text after a missed call, and one automatic reply if they write back. Businesses get one summary per call.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop, or to get help
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help. Or email us at bbteam@bananablueprint.com.
Your privacy
- What we handle: your phone number, the text you send (only to pass it on), and the record of your consent: when and how you agreed.
- How we use it: only to send the texts you agreed to, and to pass your reply to the business you called.
- Who receives it: the business you called, and the communication providers that deliver the texts for us.
- When you reply to a business, your message goes to that business. Banana Blueprint doesn't read it or keep it.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
