Busy by Nature. Answered by Design.
A receptionist that answers your phone in your business's name when you can't pick up. It takes the details, sends urgent calls to your on-call phone and emails you a summary of each call, in Northeast Ohio and across the U.S.

What's inside
- 01
Your name, your greeting
It answers as your business, with the greeting you choose. If you record calls, it says so.
- 02
One question at a time
Name, best number, address, what's going on and since when, and a good time to call back.
- 03
Urgent calls go to a person
Safety steps first, like leaving the house when there's a gas smell. Then a transfer to your on-call phone.
- 04
A summary after each call
By email, marked urgent, routine, existing customer or not a customer.
- 05
Spanish when you want it
It can greet in Spanish and keep the whole call in the caller's language.
- 06
Honest by rule
If a caller asks, it says it's a virtual assistant. It never quotes a price, diagnoses a problem or promises an arrival time.

Questions about AI Receptionist
Do we keep our phone number?
Yes. Your number stays yours. Calls reach the receptionist by forwarding, and you can turn that off anytime.
When does it answer?
You choose: after hours, when the line is busy, or every call. We set your hours and your rules in our first working session.
What does it do with an emergency?
Safety steps come first, like leaving the house when there's a gas smell. Then it transfers the call to your on-call phone. If nobody picks up, an urgent summary goes out right away.
Does it record calls?
Only if you want it to. If it records, the greeting says so. You decide before we build it.
How long until it answers our calls?
It starts with a 45-minute working session. We build it, make at least ten test calls, including the hard ones, and you hear it before it goes live. Then we tune it for 30 days.
Will callers know it's AI?
If a caller asks, it says it's a virtual assistant. You choose the greeting: one that says so up front, which we recommend, or a neutral one.
